With this new rebooking incentive from the online travel agency, all customers in the United States who had to cancel their accommodation bookings due to COVID-19 travel restrictions will get a 15% reward if they rebook a stay at that same property and these rebooking must be made before 31 December 2020 and they must complete their stays before 30 April 2021.

The reward, valued at 15% of the total booking price, is deposited in the traveler’s virtual wallet on after checkout and can be withdrawn to a personal credit card or used for a future booking within 12 months.

This promotion is only eligible:

  • for customers from countries or regions that have eased travel restrictions;
  • for canceled bookings made before 6 April 2020;

It does not apply to bookings that were canceled free of charge.
